LASER

Laser engraving provides precision marking on aluminum, steels, and plastic. Engraving is commonly used for part number identification and complex artwork on faceplates.

Engraving on aluminum removes the anodize color, leaving white images on a colored background. Engraving on steels provides black characters.

Artwork can be provided in a variety of formats. Bitmapped images must be at least 600 dpi. Artwork can also be provided by Stabile for an additional charge. A fixture must be made to hold the parts, and that fee is included in the initial setup charge.

Minimums:

Anodized Aluminum: $75
Chem-filmed or Bare Metals: $85

One-Time Set-Up Fee: $80
